Exporting

First i set the format to HD by going on set up.

Then i went on File, Export, then went on QuickTime and exported my footage with .Mov

                            For my next export, I went on ''QuickTime Conversion''




 I chose MPEG - 4 for the Format settings

After that, I chose the MP4 from Options, not MP4 ISMA, i then chose the dimensions which were 1280 x 720 HD

For exporting my video to an AVI Format, i went on file, QuickTime Movie Conversion, from there i selected the required format so that i could begin exporting.
